In addition to MBCalyx Consulting, Ms. Butler is the acting
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Legacy Two Advisors.

As the CAO, Ms. Butler oversees the firm’s daily administrative operations, leveraging her skills to help the organization achieve its mission.

Before joining Legacy Two Advisors, Ms. Butler began her tenure at Life & Legacy Counselors (The Griffin Firm, PLLC) as the Director of Operations. She managed administrative support, including the Office Management and Business Development divisions.
​
Ms. Butler has more than 35 years of experience in banking, business development, planning, organizing, and community development. For twenty of those years, she served as Executive Assistant-Bank Officer to the President and CEO and the Board of Directors of Industrial Bank, the fourth-largest African American-owned MDI in the United States. Ms. Butler also supported the bank’s business development efforts by cultivating and initiating relationships with current and prospective clients. She was awarded for revising Industrial Bank’s records retention policy and procedures.

Ms. Butler began her career in the brokerage services division at Johnston Lemon & Company, and later at Merrill Lynch and Citibank. For over a decade, she served on the Events Committee for the National Bankers Association (NBA), the leading trade association for the nation’s minority banks. She is a former board member of Training Grounds, Inc., a nonprofit organization that assists youth and adults with personal, career, and leadership development.
